Shipping & Order


AYN ships orders to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are free, and the package will be delivered by DHL as soon as possible.

All shipments are insured to cover possible risks.

If you order before 3:00 PM* from Monday to Friday, your package will be delivered the next day (in Belgium within 2-3 days).

For orders during the weekend (Saturday to Sunday), you will receive the package on Tuesday (in Belgium on Wednesday).*


(1) This delivery time may vary if you order 1 day before, on, or 1 day after a public holiday. Please allow 1-2 extra working days for delivery.  

(2) This delivery time does not apply to the payment method Bank Transfer. In that case, you may receive your order 1 working day later.


How do I place an order?

We are happy to help you place an order.

1. Search for the piece of jewelry you desire on

2. Click on the gray Add to Cart button.

3. Click on Checkout in the new screen.

4. Enter your shipping information. Do you have an account? Then log in.

5. Choose a delivery method and enter your delivery address if necessary.

6. Choose a payment method and complete the payment easily.

7. Your order has been placed! We will send you a confirmation by email and will immediately start working on your package.

Once your package is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This contains information that allows you to track your order.

Order Received

For all our orders, you (or a family member or housemate) must sign for receipt. This prevents the package from ending up in the wrong hands. If you are not at home, DHL might bring it to your neighbors or a DHL service Point. 

Cancel order

It is not always possible to cancel your order, because your package may have already been shipped. Therefore, please send us a message as soon as possible via the contact form or a message via WhatsApp. If you are late, no need to panic, you can always return a package free of charge (see our returns policy).


If there is something wrong with the order

All jewelry is carefully packaged in lluxury packaging with special protective materials to prevent the jewelry from being damaged during the logistics process. For example, if your order arrived damaged or dirty, please contact usplease contact us. We hope to be able to find a solution together soon.
